Draft for professional review · Updated June 10, 2026
This page explains what the current static website does, what information may be handled if paid support begins, and the boundaries that apply before any information is shared with an independent professional.
The operator's legal business name, registration number, privacy contact, final retention schedule, cancellation terms, and dispute jurisdiction must be confirmed before paid intake or document collection is activated. This draft should be reviewed by a qualified Korean professional before production use.
These values are intentionally separated into translation-catalog keys. Replace them only with verified details after professional review.

The deployed MVP is designed to minimize collection.
LaborMap Korea does not require an account and does not have a server-side intake database. The office directory loads a project-hosted JSON file and does not send your search terms to LaborMap.
The form on Request Support creates a summary inside your browser. It does not submit, upload, email, or save the entered information. The summary disappears when the page state is cleared.
If you paste the Master Prompt or your facts into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or another service, that provider processes the information under its own terms. LaborMap Korea does not receive that content. Remove passport, ARC, bank-account, full-address, medical, and third-party identifiers first.
Vercel Web Analytics records aggregate page views and limited interaction events such as language changes, prompt copies, path choices, and intake-summary creation. The site does not send the text you enter, calculated amounts, timeline records, names, or contact details as analytics event data.
This section applies only after the user deliberately sends a support request through a separately published contact channel.
| Stage | Minimum information | Purpose | Retention rule |
|---|---|---|---|
| General inquiry | Name or initials, contact method, preferred language, workplace city, short issue description, and departure date or overseas contact availability only when relevant | Respond to the inquiry, identify the requested service, and plan communication around a worker's departure | Delete when the inquiry purpose is complete, subject to a final published maximum period |
| Language or clerical support | Scanner/draft status, requested support, scheduling information, worker-prepared text or documents strictly needed for the task | Provide translation, interpretation, fax transmission, receipt confirmation, or related clerical support | Delete after service completion and any legally required record period; the exact schedule must be finalized before launch |
| Sensitive or identifying documents | Not collected by default. Passport numbers, ARC numbers, bank accounts, full addresses, and unnecessary third-party data should be redacted | Processed only when strictly necessary and supported by a separate, specific legal basis or consent | Shortest necessary period, then irreversible deletion or physical destruction |
Refusing optional information must not prevent access to the free public website. If information is essential to a requested paid task, the user will be told why it is needed before collection.
No worker information is automatically sent to a certified labor consultant or lawyer.
The user must choose the professional path and receive a separate notice identifying the recipient, purpose, exact information, retention period, and consequences of refusing consent. Consent to language support is not consent to share information with a professional.
Pending launch requirement: publish the operator and privacy-contact details before external collection begins.
These terms summarize the service boundary described in the project's legal-document draft.
